I’ve never got on well with cognitive therapy and talking about how I feel in general, and hypnotherapy is a totally different approach that encouraged me to create positive actions to change my mindset and experience, and not dwell on negatives.

Hypnotherapy with Keira helped me gain the self belief to challenge unfair treatment at work, and give myself time to focus on doing things that make me happy. It can be hard to think positively, but Keira’s methods and relaxed and approachable demeanour made it feel so much easier.
